Frequently asked questions

Can this house be permitted in Hawaii?

We are currently in the application process for pre-approval of this home.

Not cheap paint. Powder-coated galvanized steel.

Yes, Walls, floor and ceiling to R-22.75 minimum, using 3.5#/cf density expand polyurethane foam.

Your chosen foundation must be installed before delivery. The homes will be unfolded and sealed. This can be accomplished by 3-4 people within eight hours. We can suggest a crew for this if needed. All necessary bolts etc are provided. Cabinetry is packed in the central core and are assembled on site. Roof and trims need installation. Completion possible in 4-5 days.

Our standard Flip home weighs approximately 13,000 pounds. We have seen similar competing units, similarly priced, that only weigh 6,000 pounds. This matters. We only use high strength steel and it is heavy.

Not at this time.

Our pricing is to the nearest port. Local delivery costs can vary by distance and site conditions. We can recommend local trucking and crane companies. You, the buyer contract directly with them. We are there to supervise and assist.

We did not raise our prices after the Lahaina Fire Disaster. Our only price increases have come from variables in shipping and import tariffs imposed by the government.

No, that would have to be added on-site, as would the septic system.
